Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Bolt Labs websites, booking engine, dashboard, mobile app, automation tools, support, and related services. By using Bolt Labs, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be authorized to represent the property or business you add to Bolt Labs. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, property, pricing, availability, tax, policy, and contact information.
2. Service Scope
Bolt Labs may provide a hosted website, booking engine, payment gateway setup support, PMS/RMS features, WhatsApp and email alerts, analytics, and operational tools. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Fees and Payments
Subscription or service fees, if applicable, must be paid on time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, taxes, payment gateway charges, domain charges, third-party fees, and government fees may be charged separately.
4. Direct Bookings and Guest Payments
You are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings, managing guest communication, fulfilling services, handling property-level refunds, and complying with your published booking, cancellation, check-in, and house rules.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Bolt Labs, upload unlawful or misleading content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or use the service for fraudulent or deceptive activity.
6. Intellectual Property
Bolt Labs retains ownership of its platform, software, design systems, automation tools, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your property content, subject to the rights needed for us to host, display, and operate your website and services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bolt Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, downtime, third-party failures, inaccurate property data, or guest disputes.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or modify the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
