Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation 30+ days before check-in: Full refund (100%)
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before check-in: 75% refund
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

2. Cancellation by Hireacamp

In rare cases where we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a full refund or alternative booking options.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Original payment method will be used for refunds
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booking free of charge if done 14+ days before the check-in date. Subject to availability for new dates.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
